Zusammenfassung
Bei der kardiopulmonalen Reanimation handelt es sich um einen komplexen interdisziplinären und interprofessionellen Versorgungsprozess, der von der eigentlichen Patientenbehandlung über strategisch-dispositive Entscheidungselemente bis hin zu psychosozialen Interventionsmaßnahmen nicht nur das gesamte Portfolio der akutmedizinischen Versorgung, sondern gleichzeitig auch zahlreiche Akteure in der Versorgungskette integriert. Zusammen im Team wird dabei Verantwortung aktiv übernommen und geteilt.
Eine sektorenzentrierte Patientenversorgung ist in der Behandlung von Patienten mit plötzlichem Herz-Kreislauf-Stillstand weder zielführend noch nachhaltig. Das Fehlen etablierter Kommunikationselemente – insbesondere an den Schnittstellen der Patientenversorgung – führt zu aktiver Patientengefährdung und ist mit einem schlechteren Outcome assoziiert.
Deswegen müssen über den gesamten Behandlungsprozess hinweg alle beteiligten Berufsgruppen integriert werden – vom Leitstellendisponenten bis zum Intensivmediziner – mit nachhaltig geförderter Interaktion, einer offenen Kommunikation und strukturierten Feedbackmechanismen. Die Etablierung entsprechender Maßnahmen führt dabei nicht nur zu einer verbesserten Patientenversorgung, sondern fördert gleichsam die Arbeitszufriedenheit und psychische Gesundheit des Behandlungsteams und wird auch von Dritten (z. B. Angehörigen) so wahrgenommen.
Summary
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is not an isolated therapeutic measure, but a complex, interdisciplinary and inter-professional care process that not only integrates the entire portfolio of acute medical care, but instantly also numerous actors in the care chain, from the actual patient treatment to the strategic-dispositive decision elements and psychosocial intervention measures. Responsibility is actively assumed and shared together in the team.
Sector-centred patient care, on the other hand, is neither effective nor sustainable in the treatment of patients with sudden cardiac arrest. The lack of established communication elements – especially at the interfaces of patient care – leads to active patient risk and is associated with a poorer outcome.
Therefore, all professional groups in-volved must be integrated throughout the entire treatment process – from the control centre dispatcher to the intensive care physician – with sustainably promoted interaction, open communication and structured feedback mechanisms. The establishment of appropriate measures not only leads to improved patient care, but also promotes the work satisfaction and mental health of the treatment team and is also perceived as such by third parties (e. g. relatives).
