Zusammenfassung
Im Jahr 2007 ist das Deutsche Reanimationsregister offiziell gestartet. Es bietet ein umfassendes Qualitätsmanagement, sowohl für außerklinische Reanimationen, als auch für die innerklinische Notfallversorgung. Mit den Datensätzen „Erstversorgung“, „Weiterversorgung“ und „Langzeitverlauf“ kann die gesamte Versorgungskette von präklinisch reanimierten Patientinnen und Patienten abgebildet werden. In der umfangreichen Onlinedatenbank steht den Teilnehmern rund um die Uhr eine Vielzahl verschiedenster Auswerteoptionen zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus erhalten die Teilnehmer einen Monats- bzw. Quartalsbericht und einen Jahresbericht mit detaillierten Auswertungen. Durch die Vernetzung der Teilnehmer untereinander existiert ein reger fachlicher Austausch. Durch die Bildung dieses Netzwerkes können neue Ideen entwickelt und das Deutsche Reanimationsregister weiterentwickelt werden.
